Egypt Classic Itinerary 09 Nights / 10 Days

Day 01: Arrival to Cairo

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will meet you before the emigration & Passport
control, holding a sign with your name, and he will assist you to get the visa, and entering to Egypt Stamp,
collecting the suitcases, and then he will escort you with a private touring bus to the hotel, he will review the
detailed, itinerary during the road to the hotel, check-in, and overnight in Cairo.

Day 02: Pyramids – Civilization Museum – Old Cairo

Breakfast at the hotel, we will start our day by visiting the New Civilization Museum to know more about the lost civilization, and understand more about the Egyptian people Mentality, also you have a chance to see 22 Royal Mummies, and then we will visit the Coptic part of Cairo & the complex of the Ibrahimic religions, where we will find the Hanging Church, the Church of St. Sergius, the Synagogue Ben Ezra, and Amr Ibn Al As Mosque. Next, lunch will be served at an authentic restaurant, (Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required). After that, we will visit Giza Pyramids, which is one of the old seven wonders of the world, (with option to ride a camel there, or go inside one of the Pyramids) with extra fees. Next, we will visit the Sphinx, and the Valley Temple, later we will escort you back to the hotel, and overnight in Cairo. 

Day 03: Alexandria Full Day Tour

Breakfast at the hotel, and travel to Alexandria (around 250 kms, approx. 3 hrs.), Make your first stop at the
Alexandria National Museum, where a series of exhibits illustrate Alexandria’s grand past, from Graeco
Roman times to the pharaohs, Byzantine empire, and the arrival of Islam. Continue to the Catacombs of Kom
El-Shoqafa, three tiers of underground burial chambers that blend Roman, Greek, and Egyptian styles.
Painted figures and statues bring the ancient world to life in an underground funereal banquet hall, burial
chambers, and passageways sunk into solid rock. Visit Pompey’s Pillar, a monolithic triumphal column that
celebrates Emperor Diocletian in solid red Aswan granite. Pause for a seafood lunch at a local restaurant
(Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required). After lunch, and then a
Panoramic visit to the Citadel of Qaietbay, later visit the Library of Alexandria, a modern facility that pays
tribute to the city’s ancient library. The elegant building makes room for 20 million books, and the granite
exterior is inscribed with characters from 120 different writing systems. Later, we will make the return trip to
Cairo, where this tour concludes with a drop-off at your hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel, and travel to Alexandria (around 250 kms, approx. 3 hrs.), Make your first stop at the
Alexandria National Museum, where a series of exhibits illustrate Alexandria’s grand past, from Graeco
Roman times to the pharaohs, Byzantine empire, and the arrival of Islam. Continue to the Catacombs of Kom

Day 04: Fly to Aswan – Philae Temple – Nubian Museum

Breakfast at the hotel, at the previously agreed time, we will escort you to Cairo Airport, to take the flight to Aswan, arrive at Aswan Airport, you will meet our representative in Aswan, collect the suitcases, and transfer to visit Philae Temple Which located at Agilika Island, and we will take a motor boat to reach the Temple, the Temple was dedicated to the goddess Isis, and then we will continue our day to visit the Nubian Museum, to Know more about their civilization while they were rolling Egypt at the End of the Pharaohs period, later we will escort you to your selected hotel in Aswan, check-in & overnight in Aswan.

Day 05: Aswan – Abu Simbel – Aswan – Embark-in Nile Cruise – Expedition in Felucca

Check-out from the hotel early morning, breakfast box will be ready from the hotel, and begin the drive
to Abu Simbel, you can enjoy the sunrise over the desert during the drive, which is just over three hours long,
then make the first stop of the day at the rock-cut temples of King Ramses II, and his wife Queen Nefertari.
The temples, now listed as part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, were moved piece by piece when the
Aswan High Dam was built across the Nile River, creating Lake Nasser. You’ll see towering, monumental
statues that represent great, ancient kings and queens, but look closely and you’ll find Abu Simbel’s
breathtaking detail, from playful baboons to intricate, carved walls. Contin. After our visit end at the time you
love, begin the return trip to Aswan, where you’ll finish the day with drop-off at the Nile Cruise,
Embarkation, and lunch onboard the Cruise, we will meet again before the sunset around 1 hour to go in
Expedition in Felucca around Elephantine Island, Kitchner Island, and the Botanical Gardens to enjoy a
smoothy drifting the Nile for 1 hour, later we will escort you back to the Nile Cruise, dinner onboard the Nile
Cruise, and overnight in Aswan.

Day 06: High Dam – Unfinished Obelisk – Kom Ombo Temple

Check-out from the hotel early morning, breakfast box will be ready from the hotel, and begin the drive
to Abu Simbel, you can enjoy the sunrise over the desert during the drive, which is just over three hours long,

Day 07: Edfu Temple – Karnak Temple – Luxor Temple

Breakfast on board the, and start our day by riding a horse-carriage to Edfu Temple which was dedicated to
the god Horus, back to the cruise, and continue sailing to Luxor, arrive, and visit the magnificent Temples of
Karnak & Luxor which is located at the East Bank of the Nile River in Luxor, back to the Cruise, dinner on
board and overnight in Luxor.

Day 08: Valley of the Kings’ – Hatshepsut Temple – Colossi of Memnon

Breakfast on board, disembark from the Nile Cruise, and start by visiting the Valley of the Kings’ where we
will visit 3 of the most reserved royal tombs (not including entry to Tutankhamun, Seti I, and Ramses V
& Ramses VI), after that we will visit the funerary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut which was built inside the
mountain, later we will visit the Huge Statues of King Amenemhat III which called the Colossi of Memnon,
lunch will be served at an authentic restaurant overlooking Habu Temple (Vegetarian option is available,
please advise at time of booking if required). Later, we will escort you to your selected hotel in Luxor, and
overnight in Luxor.

Day 09: Dendera & Abydos Temples – Fly to Cairo

Breakfast at the hotel, check-out, and start driving to Abydos Temple, we will make your first stop at the
magnificent complex of Abydos Temple, with its ruined temples, chapels, and a sacred underground healing
water, we’ll have a close-up look at the megalithic site called Osirian, a freestanding building into an
underground temple, rediscovered by Seti I c.1280 BC and understand the whole story of God Osiris in its
whole and his marriage to the divine bride Goddess Isis, lunch will be served in an authentic restaurant
(Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required). And Then, we will travel by road
to reach Dendera Temple, the beautiful temple of goddess Hathor at Dendera, goddess of Music and love, the
temple of God Hathor and its fabulous astronomical ceiling and nearly intact rooftop sanctuaries offer a
unique insight into the solar rituals at the other cult sites where they have not survived, back to Luxor Airport,
to take your flight back to Cairo, arrive in Cairo Airport, meet our representative, collect the suitcases, and
then we will escort you to your selected hotel, and overnight in Cairo.

Day 10: Departure Transfer

Breakfast at the hotel, check-out, at the previously coordinated time, we will escort you to Cairo Airport to
take your flight home.
