Day 01: Arrival in Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will meet you before emigration & passport control, holding a sign with your name. They will assist you with obtaining your visa, entering for the Egyptian stamp, collecting your suitcases, and then escort you to your hotel in a private touring bus. During the ride, they will review your detailed itinerary. Upon arrival at the hotel, they will help you check-in for your overnight stay in Cairo.
Day 02: Pyramids – Memphis – Saqqara
Following breakfast at the hotel, we’ll begin our day by exploring the necropolis of Saqqara, including the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the first building ever constructed in a pyramidal form. Next, we’ll journey to Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt and now one of the most beautiful open-air museums in the world.
Lunch will be served at a high-quality, authentic restaurant offering a set menu with grilled chicken/kebab and kofta (a vegetarian option is available; please advise at the time of booking if required).
In the afternoon, we’ll visit the majestic Giza Pyramids, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Here, you’ll have the option (for an additional fee) to ride a camel or explore the interior of one of the pyramids. We’ll also visit the Sphinx and the Valley Temple. Following a full day of exploration, we’ll return you to your hotel in Cairo for another relaxing overnight stay.
Day 03: Egyptian Museum – Alabaster Mosque – Coptic Cairo – Khan El Khalili
A delicious breakfast awaits at the hotel before we embark on a day filled with cultural immersion. Our first stop is the Alabaster Mosque, commissioned by Mohamed Ali, the ruler of Egypt in the early 19th century, located within the walls of the 12th-century Saladin Citadel.
Next, we’ll delve into the Coptic district of Cairo, visiting the unique complex encompassing the Hanging Church, the Church of St. Sergius, the Ben Ezra Synagogue, and the Amr Ibn Al-As Mosque.
Lunch will be an unforgettable experience at a floating restaurant overlooking the majestic Nile River.
Following lunch, we’ll head to the Egyptian Museum, which houses an extensive collection of artifacts chronicling the entire Pharaonic era, from the unification by King Menes to the last dynasty. To conclude the day, we’ll embark on a walking tour through the vibrant Khan El Khalili, the oldest market still standing in the Islamic quarter of the city. Afterward, we’ll return you to your hotel for your final overnight stay in Cairo.
Day 04: Final Departure
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel before our representative escorts you to Cairo International Airport for your departing flight home. This concludes our services.
